Maruti Zen Estillo ABS
Delay in delivery of car & bad service

Dear Sir,

We have booked Maruti Zen Estillo with ABS features in October. We were informed that the car would be delivered within a months time. Every month we keep calling Mr Ketan at the Sai Service station at JM Road Pune, but are told a next date for delivery. This time they promised us that the cars are being despatched from Maruti factory at delhi on 10th Dec and will be delivered with registration to us on 20th dec for sure. But again i am told now that it will take January end for the same. I have my own doubts now about the service quality deteriorated at Sai Services (we being loyal to them for serveral years to them now ) & also feel that we are being cheated. We request some indulgence to take up this matter seriously.
