Regarding Bike delivery delayed

I have booked the 2 wheeler (Karizma R) with receipt no: BCR-11170 on date 20th NOV.Max motors Pvt. Ltd had commited to delever the vehicle in 75 days but they failed to develer. After that they have given date for another 1 month but there time period is increasing day by day but they are not full filling there commitment and i am still waiting for my vehicle.

Due to this my money has been block becuase can't spend money because i have commited to pay whole money i.e.88002rs (in cash) also my all plans are shifated.

I need compansation for all my suffer and pain. If i'll not get any compansation i'll drag Max motors Pvt Ltd into court. Please help me out and do the needful
