Egular i am facing smoke from silencer and engine problem

Hi this is Afsar jahan, I have purchased honda shine since 18t may. from your dealer named mayank honda, sigra varanasi .my vehicle no. is UP 65 AN 6951 . From the date of first service of my vehicle dated 07/06, regular i am facing smoke from silencer and engine problem. i have approached to so many persons of your company/dealer. but till the date 04/02, no body is taking my complaint seriously... I am very shocked that, how can the company like Honda is very irresponsible from their service... I am sending my mail to you. please take this seriously
