Inland Road Transport Pvt Ltd - Pathetic Service

We are dealing with a Welding Electrodes manufacturing company in indore. We have asked them to book materials through Inland Road Transport Pvt Ltd. The consignment no.25394208 dated 09.11.2009. The normal transit period from Indore to Chennai is 5/6 days. But it has been more than 40 days and still the material has not reached chennai. When checked with chennai delivery office they told that the materials have been wrongly sent to Wadi. On 02.12.2009 Mr. Ramachandran - Manager (as they quoted) confirmed that the materials will come to chennai in about 2 days. But nothing happened. Then we met Mr. Sandeep Sharma a couple of days later, he guaranteed that the material is on the way from wadi and can be collected the next day.

Now after 15 days Mr. Ramachandran refuses that he even met us and gave any confirmation as he was on leave for last 20 days and Mr. Sandeep Sharma is not in station. When contacted the delivery office they told that there is no STD line so that they could not check with Wadi office. This is pathetic service from Inland Road Transport Pvt Ltd. We have booked materials through Inland only to get it quicker but this is pathetic. Never ever book anything with Inland.
