Mega Cabs
Car not arrived

I booked a cab at Mega cabs for 3p.m. to travel from Thane (W) till Borivali (W) at 12p.m. today morning ie. Dec.14 (booking no. B855). The lady at the call center gave me the confirmation that cab will reach my place by 3.30p.m. After giving them a call at 3.25p.m. I came to know that cab got broke down and wont be able to come. These pepole dont even have a courtsy to call in advance and tell that they wont be able to arrange the cab. Atleast I would have arranged for some other option as it was urgent for my dad to visit a doctor. Even after telling the person that I need to talk with the manager he was not willing to transfer the call.

Will be greatful if you could take strict and neccessary action against these ppl.
