Mega Cabs
Not standing to oits commitment

Hi,

I want to complain against the Mega Cabs. I had booked a cab for 21/05 in the morning at 04.15 AM . When i was following up with them, they first told that they will be late by 15 min. After waiting for 15 minutes when called again, we were told that they will be late by an hour (which is totally irresponsible of them). They did not even have the decency to atleast call themselves and let know about the delay.

Requesting you to please take instant action against them
