Megacab service Mumbai
Unreliability

I had booked Mega Cab on 16.04.2012 for a pick-up from Dombivali East to Mumbai Central Station for which I received a confirmation SMS I received a call from Mega Cabs Call Centre that they had a vehicle breakdown and will not be sending me the car. I was shocked that at this last minute I will not be able to get any taxi or car and will miss my train. I asked for the Manager which they refused to give. Luckily I managed to get a cab from Meru Cabs and was able to reach the station on time. This type of unreliable and unprofessional service is totally unacceptable and it spoils the image of India with the international community. I would strongly request that RTA should take strict action aganist this company and cancel their licence. Moreover with my experience I would not recommend anybody to take their services which is very poor and unreliable
