I booked a taxi with Meru about 6 hours before I was due to travel and got a confirmation (3078998). Half an hour before the cab was supposed to show, I get a call from them stating that they are unable to send a car because of "technical difficulties".
At this late hour, no other cabs are available and I am forced to take an auto with my 75 year old mother and my lower back problem.
This kind of behaviour is downright unprofessional. If they are not sure that they can fulfil a booking, they should not take it.
