Poor bike service

I've given my bike (hero honda karizma R) for service in Millennium Motors Pvt. Ltd. in Domlur, Bangalore. for second time, while the time of delivery my bike was full of oil and chain cover & air filter screws were missing, battery was not charged and my front disc break has gone, now bike is not stopping properly. i gone there FIVE times after service for RE-WORK. Still my break is not ready, and they are telling some oil content gone inside the pad, so that i've to change the break pads. actually my break pads are new and i changed from the same service center for the previous service. i really pissed of with their great service, that much i am caring my bike.

So, what can i do to get it ready..?
