MMTS srvice in Hyderabad
Require more first class coahches

Dear sir,

this is to inform you that all railway staff are using only first class cloaches in MMTS for transport. We spend Rs. 700 and take first class pass to transport for long distances, but we are not getting any seats to sit, we are facing lots of problems during peak hours. I request you to suggest the railway department to add more first class coaches to MMTS. some times it will be used by normal passengers who does not have first class pass. no staff will be available to check or guide them to procced towards General compartments. i request you to consider these problems and do the needful.
