Too many defects

i have purchased a mahindra duro from kadambari motors mandi (hp) jan and since then i am facing a lots of problems till date.. problum is in starting its handle vibrates while driving.&now self &kick is not working.i complaint many time to dealer but no action taken by him.if my problum is not solve within one week then i m go to consumer court.so please look this mater&solve it within given time.
