A booking of 2 Cabs was made on 13.12.2010 vide your booking confimation no 31 & 32. Cabs were required on 15.12.2010 at 9.30 P.M.at Domestic Terminal to Judges Court Road, Alipore. There was no SMS from your side regarding No Cabs, Mobile No of Driver. I faced very much trouble without the Cabs at Airport as my whole family was with me. I also tried to contact over phone to contact you but after holding the line for half an hour I could not contact you as there was a long quee for waiting the call. After long strugal I got a Car for which I have to pay a hand some amount.
