Damaged Tyre

Dear sir

I had purchased a tyre of MRF ZVTS-FTT 175-65R14 (Sl. No.: 60002182729) and after a running of around 1000 kilometers my tyre got a shape out problem. I first thought it might be some problem with alignment, so did it twice, but again the same problem while driving. Then we got the fault as it was the tyre which had the bulge out and was giving the problem. I then had Ms. Naveen Tyre Service, Dharwad Road to submit the tyre to company person for a replacement or at least some discount with the new ones as the tyre was new ones and had faced the problem, but the inspection revealed that tyre was damaged due to Run flat due to usage of the tyre after neglecting the injury caused by cuts, which makes no sense at all. So, I do want to get the correct diagnosis to be made from your end as to what can be done with the above mentioned issue.
