About People from Virar in Lokshakti Express

I travel daily from Boisar to Mumbai Central in Lokshakti Express. In this train MST pass holder upto virar is not allowed to travel. They do play cards in the train & disturb other people by making noise loudly.. Please stop this non sense.. The Top management of the railway are requested to kindly take the action against the railway employees who travel in this train upto Virar.
