No air service available, No complaint book available

I have to fill up petrol from M/S.Chaitanya Petrolleum IOC dealer, Verna, Goa since it is on highway, but it is frequently observed that other then petrol no service is provided, Most important is AIR, Every time i get to know new story. Hight is no complaint book is available on pump reason manager has gpne out & cabin is locked.

This is happening with every pump in goa either there will be nobody to air check or compressor unservicable.
