My complaint, greivance not query is in relation and in context to my complain dated...

I had bought a new Safari 2.2VTT Dicor Ex on 15th September 10... on the very next day i was in the showroom with a bunch of problems... Suspension noise left Front... Temperature metre not functional... Water Leakage from roof AC... Front Bonnet nd right Fender not aligned properly... Fog in the Headlights... Defogger not Working... Central locking not functional properly... etc... Noone expects a Highend TATA product to be of this quality and grade... then after much pirsuasion from our end the dealer agreed to replace the vehicle with another safari of same model... i get it on 20th September 10 in the evening... now this one to my surprise has a steering problem... there are different noises when you turn the steering which was shown to the service department the same day...

But to my Surprise this was not the end to my Misery actually i was again handed over A New Safari on the 23rd Of Sept... which again had a whole lot of problems within 2-3 months...

I was told its a noise from the Clutch Plate... Clutch plate replaced... Issue Not Resolved

2> I was told its a noise from the Gear Box... Tried Gear Box from a new Vehicle... Issue not Resolved

3> I was told its a noise from the Self starter... Kindly note the same self starter which was repaired 3-4 Days earlier... Issue not Resolved

4> I was told its a noise from the Engine Mounting... Issue not resolved

BECAUSE I HAVE TAKEN THE KEYS OF MY VEHICLE AND I WANT A TATA MOTORS REPRESENTATIVE TO MEET ME who is Mr S.Chatterjee who is not available and when contacted on cell phone he talks in a very Rude tone and says if you dont want your vehicle to be worked on you can do whatever you want to... which is what i expect from a Customer Support of M/s Tata Motors the great Indian Vehicle Manufacturers.

Dear Mr S.Chatterjee do u think i have paid M/s Tata Motors for a Brand new Tata Safari to keep it parked at your Esteemed Dealers service station for more than 15 days every 2-3 months or am i a fool who has paid for the Luxury of TATA Safari so that your mechanics can try and improve their skills on it...

Kindly try to be in my situation and advice me what to do next... And if you can please provide me any e-mail id of someone who can do something in this regard.

This was my Dream Vehicle and now i am totally Fedup of this Vehicle kindly do escalate this complaint to Mr. Ratan Tata or to someone who can act on this and make improvments so that the reputation of M/s Tata Motors is not spoiled.
