On way back to lucknow on LTT-lucknow superfast on30 aug morning around bhopal, we have found all coach attendant /vendors /technicians were openly collecting at end of our ac 2 tier and drinking, enjoying, giving nightmares to ladies who wud like to attend lavatory, smoking was just a fad, when drinking is cognizable offense in train why these rly coach employees are not expelled, fined, TT himself see and ignores, why do we honest citizen have to undergo this, we occupied seat no 31/33, one of the attendant was tirupati tripathi--kindly take action.
