Left with no seat despite of reservation

Me and my family where travelling from ahmedbad to pune in ahimsa express there where 5 seats out of which 1 was rsc and that was in another booge (i.e s10) so i thougth of taking that seat. And for a while i was sitting with my family in s9 and there comes the TC and says that your 1 seat which was in s10 is confirmed and is shfited to s9 26 so later i went to that seat and was about to sleap and here comes the passeger with the ticket of seat no 26 i cud not say any thing to him as he carries the original ticket. so i went to my original place (i.e to seat in s10) there i find another person sitting and says that the TC has confirmed this seat to me by taking money. now i m left with no seat. this situation was really uncovinient for me. i went in the search of tc but he had already left.
