Gas Not Refilling & 2nd Cylinder Not Issued

Dear Sir,

As Per agent Dinesh Gas Agency My gas connection has been disconnected due to not refilling cylinder more than 180 days.

Sir reason for not filling my cylinder, actually my wife has gone to her mother's home and i used to take food from outside such as Dhaba & relative home. that time i could not fill my cylinder. but now my wife & child has been returned back with me . i need gas so i tried to book my no.but this is not refilling, so i am facing big-big problem kindly continue my gas service. although i have already submitted my document which was required by agency.

Another thing i required my 2nd cylinder but agency people is not issuing me 2nd cylinder, if, perhaps i have my 2nd cylinder i think i could not suffer such problem of disconnection.

Therefore this is my first request 1st my start refilling problem within 1-2 days . and 2nd pls. issue my 2nd cylinder.
