MV ENTERPRESIS
DELAY IN SUPPLY OF LPG CYLINDER

My customer ID is 3414, booked in gas in MV ENTERPRESIS, AVADI on 09/09, till now they have not supplied the cylinder. When enquired through phone they have answering that we will supply today and also by direct enquiry they repeated the same and told that we will ask the delivery boy to supply the clinder. The delivery boy mr. Selvaraj is having good time, he used to put all loaded cylinder in one corner of the street and used to supply them there who comes with empty ones. He never delivers to the house, and also he never gives bill to the delivered ones. He also sells the cylinder in black to the nearby tea shops for Rs. 600, and also gives two or three cylnders to those who gives extra money putting others in trouble. He easily escapes by saying load in not coming. Kindly look into this matter and arrange for proper supply of clinder delivery.
