Gas cylinder not supplyed

SIR,

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S M.V Enterprises avadi, Chennai. My consumer number is 35609. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff not responding against me and also they selling the gas to local tea shops and hotels for extra cost .so please I kindly requesting you to look into the issue and take necessary action.
