I had traveled from vilipuram to trichy by bus number TN 63 N 1195 on 15th Jan. We experienced huge inconvenience since the travel time took about 3.5 to 4 hours due to very slow movement by the driver. Given that all of us have busy schedules, this is a matter to be looked into. The driver was going at a rate of 30 kmph on a highway road almost free in the afternoon. When asked about it the driver did not reply properly. He blamed the bus for not being able to speed which is absurd since the bus was destined from vilipuram to madurai. Given that the driver was also old, it is the role of TNSTC to ensure that fit drivers undertake a long distance driving as a job and not cause such problems to travelers.
