Fraudness by the Narain ford

Sir I am Vijay, presently living in Lucknow, and working in Indian Railways, Dated 07.05.2011 i got servicing of my FORD FIESTA DL4CAF 1239 in NARAIN FORD SERVICE CENTER LUCKNOW, after the running of approx 1000 km it started to give starting problem, i talked to Narayan ford service center representative on mobile and i told whatever problems i was facing, after that he suggested me to come service center, i dont know his name but his mobile no. is 08853561111, tomorrow dated 24.06.11 i reached Narain ford service center Lucknow, his engg. told that it is overheating problem coolent is not running properly and it will take 2 days time, i asked for expendature and he told approx 15000 thousand will be the expendature. I left my car in service center and i talked on mobile after 2 days, his representative told that it will take more time, after 2 days you dial me since 28 days occured still not repaired, i used to talk daily to them, nobody is calling me and detailing me, in that duration he told that more problem is coming you may spend 30000 thousand rs. after completion of one month his engg. told that your car is ready and you may recive, i came service center to receive my car then again it started to give problem, his engg. told that upto evening it will be completed, i stayed there from 10:00 am to 07:00 am, in that duration only 30 minutes has been given to reform the problem of my car his engg. told that tomorrow definetly you can recive your car, tomorrow in morning 10:00 am again i came service center, but again in evening his engg. told that it is giving more problem and expendature will be 70000 thousand, i shocked and i told that earlier the estimate was 15000 again it became 30000 and now it is 70000, how they are making me fool, but i told today i have to recive my car but he told day after tomorrow i can give, i frustated completly i talked to the senior person of Narain ford also but he can’t give satisfied reply, day after tomorrow in morning i reached service center and in evening my car was ready and expendature was 88000 thousand, i paid and he convinced me that your car is completely OK, I received my car and i deparch... again after running of approx 110km it started to give starting problem, anywhere in also traffic i was facing problems, i frustated completely again i reached service center and told the problems, again he has taken 2 days time and i paid 8000 thousand rs. also, again after running of approx 75 km it is giving same problem and as well as AC and indicators is also not working, now for the time being after expendature of approx 1 lakh rs. my car is not in condition of move and since one month it is in standby position and due to official work i use to move out of station 20 to 25 days in a month and i am unable to go again and again in service center now i am frustated and torcherd physically mentaly and economically... one thing i want to say to Narain ford that i am facing lot of problems due to his unskilled mechanic which behaviour as well as his knowledge is also not good...
