Car insurance claim

I am car owner of maruti 800, (RJ09CA-1803)

my accident was on 1-11,

i have insured my car with maruti tiup national insurance co. (Cash Less Insurance),

up to till date 20-1 my car claim is not cleared. due to Mr. Navin Agrawal (Auto Scan) insurance dealer and servayor Mr. Vikas Ji setting.

Mr. Navin Agrawal told me i have send file to vikas ji so now you contact to vikas ji Mandsour.

after 2.5 Month Mr. Navin Agrawal want Rs. 200/- per day car holding charges. between Mr. Navin Agrawal & Survayor Mr. Vikas Ji Setting my car claim delayed.

so i kindly request you please cliear my car insurance and give me payment.

in this accident i have frecture in my lag. i operate my lag at Ahamdabad Rajasthan Hospital in this operation my operation Charges approx 105000/- (One Lac Five Thousand). so please settle all my claim.
