Efund for non confirm Ticket Of Tatkal For Rajdhani 2958

My Ticket P.N.R. No. 220-1660856, For Rajdhani Express 2958 From New Delhi To Ahmadabad Dated 11-01, Was Not Confirmed Till Departure Of The Train Time I.E. 19.55. After That I Waited For A Long Time In The Queue For Refund But Could Not Get It .(due to my age, and heavy winter on that day i could not stand in the long queue after a long time.)

Next Day Again I Went To New Delhi Station For Refund And I Was Sent To So Many Windows To Get The Refund But Could Not Get.
