Cheating, fraud, unfair Dealing

Sir,

With due respect I beg to submit that I have booked a "Santro Xing GLS Audio LPG 1086" from Nimbus Motors Pvt. Limited, A-3, Industrial Area, Meerut Road, Ghaziabad on 15.10.2010 and made complete payment on 29.10.2010 including registration charges. We got its delivery on 03.11.2010.

At the time of booking and delivery Mr. Tyagi confirmed that they have received the complete payment and we have to collect our registration paper within one week without paying any penny.

After one week when we went to collect our papers we were assured that registration is in process it may take another one week.

Similar story repeats once again next week.

When we try to find out the issue with RTO office then we came to know that no papers (for my car) have been filed to RTO office till 19.11.2010. Then we discuss the matters with Nimbus Motors and came to know that registration fee have been increased on 07.11.2010 and because of some delay at Nimbus Motors, they could not filed it before that date. Now they are demanding extra increased amount for filing the papers for registration with RTO.

Since the delay / fault is at Nimbus Motors side then they must have to bear the difference.

It is a clear case of cheating /fraud/unfair Dealing by Nimbus Motors Pvt. Limited, A-3, Industrial Area, Meerut Road, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Please look into the issue at the earliest.
