Delayed flight

Till today I was on believe that your services are very punctual and are running on tim, e. To day I sent my daughter along from Dibrugarh to Bangalore by 206 flight. Now it is 10 passed 10 she could not go from Kolkata due to delay of your flight which was scheduled at 7-30. We are frequent traveller by IndiGo but with this position we have to change our mind.

Please take immediate action and make necessary arrangements at Bangalore rither to stay at airport or to dropped at city address of her residence. Once again I like to inform that she is going along from Dibrugarh
