Charging extra money

My name is nitesh, i am from andhra.i want to bring to the notice of all people in andhra pradesh regarding honda scooters.the cost of honda activa is rs.50000/- approx in all andhra but all the dealers are charging rs 57000/-, i.e Rs 7000/- premium.all the dealers in andhra pradesh have got united and doing this illegal activity.i dont understand what the vigilance dept is doing .have they joined hands with them or what
