Service regarding complaint

My complaint is that i had given my honda activa on service before some days and it came after service and i have complaints regarding as i have said them for full service but they had left certain things and i had paid them Rs.17000 and i have following problems:

horn is not working properly

headlight is very dim

activa is still bubbling after sevice

some internal problem may be there

So i would be pleased if you register my complaint and take action and make proper service of my activa
