Asking for extra favour by TTE

My Waiting List was No.1 (PNR No. 210-0369306), booking from Guwahati to Dibrugarh, by DBRT Rajdhani Exp. (2424) dt. 06-12. The TTE did not allow me to board the train whereas he allowed other passengers to board the train with higher waiting list. I went to the Station Master also and lodged my protest to him, but he even refused to listen to me. Since I refused to oblige, I had to cancel my ticket. I request the Chairman, Railway Board to call the chart and to see personally all the seats alloted to waiting list ticket holders. I request the Railway Board Chairman to take action againt the irresponsible TTE and also even the Station Master of Guwahati Railway Station.
