I had booked a radio taxi on 3rd December at 930PM stating that I want to go from Kaushami to SariaRolla Railway station at 545AM on 4th December and the confirmation was made but the cab did not come for which I lost my journey and was forced to take a taxi Please let me know what is to be done and I have made a complain at your customer care the complain no is 123
