Non delivery of Vehicle

I have booked a Honda Activa (DLX) on 3-09-09 bookin no. M-10914 and dealer has promise me delivery after maximum sixty days but I have a call from them in december that is after four month to make balance payyment so that I will get the delivery within 20 days after payment.

Now I have made the payment of Rs.47509/- on 24-12-09 receipt no. M 3740 and that time they have told me tht I will received the delivery by 15-01 but till today when I have called up them again I am getting answer that I will get the delivery when ever company will allot so I don't when I will get the delivery.

Will you please do something for my delivery.
