Non receipt of document

We have sent a document through overniteexpress from Dhanbad to Pune on 18th of feb, 1011 on the address given as under:-

Near Hotel Vishwa Vilas

Landewadi

Bhosari

Pune-39.

Vide Document No. 302218553 Dated 18.02. when we were told by M/S. Shree Industrial Products that they have not received the document sent by us, we immidiately contacted both Dhanbad and Pune offices of overnite express, but even after 6 days been passed of our follow up overnite officials are still not in position to give us POD, and continuing saying we are looking into the matter, its really regretful that a courier service company like overnite have no resposible employees who are really not bothered for their customars.

Please do the needful on the issue and help us atleast by giving us our document back.
