Transmissiom noise in my new ca

Dear sir,

I purcahsed a spark Top model (opt pack) car from ur padam motors, bahadurgarh patiala punjab India on 29.12.10. On my first service which was due on 28.01.11 and the reading was of my car was 541 only, on that day i request ur dealers service engineer and service supervisor that I feel my car is making some permanenet noise in ur car transmission but they both said that is only due to that pump which is installed by the company near the fuel distribution and about this complaint i wrote it on my service card which was they keep with them and they told me u freely drive ur car it will be solved itself after some time and after two and a half month (16.03.11) I go there again I again told them about my problem they go on 4 to 5 kilometer drive for two times and they said "yes" there is problem and we will refer ur problem to our company.
