Paramount Airlines
Flight Cancelled - refund not yet received - more than a month

I have booked Chennai – Madurai Ticket for 07th Sep, 10 thru Paramount Airlines. but Airlines cancelled the flight at last minute and they did not arrange any alternative also. Paramount customer care confirmed they would refund the airticket with in 7 days. But still I have not received my refund and no response from Airlines also for my mails and phone calls.
