Air Arabia airlines (Sharjah)
Paid but no meal served

We paid for the meal of 3 people while making online booking on the flight from Jaipur to Sharjah.

But they did not serve the meal in the flight.

I tried to complain calling Air Arabia customer service but they told me to email them and they will give respone withing 48 hrs, but they never replied me.

I just dont want to ignore this.

Its not the matter of 40-50 dirhams, but its about the service.

Kindly help me.
