Damaged baggage

On arrival from Sharjah on Air Arabia on 24 Jan was suitcase was damaged. I immediately registered a Property Irregularity Report with the airline groundstaff. Since then I have written e-mails made phone calls and in May was advised by e-mail that my claim was approved. However despite regular e-mail reminders & phone calls thereafter the matter still remains unresolved.

Please advise me on further action.
