REFUSAL OF INSURANCE CLAIM

I have relocated from Hyderbad to Noida and took service of AIR CARGO Packers & Movers. They moved it very late and charged extra = and after so many request only they delivered goods. The goods were in really bad shape and I guess during transportation only, many things were broken. After unpacking it was found that TV set and centre table was broken beyond repair.

They noted and informed that Insurance claim will come within a week. It has been 8 months since nothing has come and even after calling many people including Boss (Sharma @ 09371333844), I did not get any claim amount. After 100 calls I am so frustrated in writing this complaint that One should never ever take service of AIR CARGO as they are least bothered about the good and I am damn sure that even though they charged insurance amount, they did n't insured the delivery good. It is because that even after requesting them to provide Insurance details, they did not give.

These crook should be recognised so that they should not ditch other.
