Sub.: Reg Faulty 2-wheeler Bike (Model -PLEASURE Model) purchased on 01-01 from authorised Hero Honda Agency (M/s Golden Enterprises, Shikohabad, Uttarpradesh)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Purchased "PLEASURE BIKE" vehicle on 01-01 from M/s Golden enterprises, Mainpuri rd, Shikohabad, Uttar pradesh. Since then bike is having many problems.

Bike Regn .no. UP83 S8350.

ENGINE NO. JF16EBAGM03702, Model no. “Pleasure”, colour Black, Year Chasis no. MBLJF16EDAGM03518.

At present I am working woman in Budaun, Uttarpradesh. Already deposited bike at your HERO HONDA authorised service station.

Still lying at M/S GOYAL SONS, HEROHONDA SERVICE STN, Near Ambedkar Hostel, Bareilly Rd, Badaun, UTTAR PRADESH.They are Unable to solve the problem.

New/Latest Complaint Docket no 2879, 16-8 at Budaun authorised Hero Honda Service stn.

Agency says still problem exists (INSULATOR CARBURETTAR, part A Crack) and trying to repair. LAST 21 days lying idle at service stn Pease note that my Bike is still under Guarantee Period. I am compelled to take Bus/TAXI /AUTO for job daily.

Please replace with New vehicle or repair fully within 1 week.

I will be compelled to approach Consumer Court and INFORM PRESS for poor service/ Bike if not replaced / repaired within 1 week.
