Very poor service, change of parts without the use of change

I got my bike serviced today (6th June, 10) from Popoular bajaj on banerrughata road, bangalore. Key points of my concern are :

1.They changed my brake shoe, even on specifying that I don't need a change. My bike has not even completed 9k Km. Even though after changing the brake shoe, my brake response has gone even lower than the what I used to have after changing the old brakes.

2. Till the time I was having my free services they never changed even a single part of changed any filter nor washed/cleaned any filters, which they claim to have done during the free period.

3.They dont even wash bikes, they just pretend to wash bikes. When I asked them the reason for not washing they said that "there was no water pressure".

Today even after getting the bike serviced I don't feel that there is any thing done to the bike. After paying so much to get my bike serviced I'm not at all satisfied with their service.

I would request Popular motors to improve their quality checks or stop taking these many bikes which they cannot handle to service properly.

I would also like the consumer forum to keep a check on their quality check.
