No after sales service at all

Dear mahindra. i am absolutely appalled at the service that i have been given and have totally lost faith in mahindra. this is after buying 3 scorpios myself, and addition of two for my mother, and 3 brought by my sister. i live in london but have retained a scorpio here in delhi, reg number DL3CAS3784 PURCHASED ON 18/05, WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY OF 2 YEARS. VALID FROM 18/05 TO 19/05 REGISTERSD BY BHASIN MOTORS INDIA PVT LTD, N. DELHI, DEALER CODE B010621.

this time i arrived in delhi from the uk on the 27/ 08. my scorpio failed me on the 16/09 and was sent to basin motors on the 17/09. they told me that the gear box has to be replaced. i was shocked at first as the car is hardly a year old and such major failure.

today is the 24/09 and no body at basin motors can tell me when i will get the car back. today they tell me that it will take over a week more. i have been using taxies and have been using my moms scorpio. the gentlemen I'm dealing with at basin motors are: mr jitender and mr sanjay shoal. they have promised me a back-up vehicle till my scorpio is repaired, but till date i have no such vehicle. i have spend a lot of money on taxies and on diesel in my mums car, and yet no one at bhasin motors can even come close to giving me an e.t.a as to when my scorpio will be ready? I would really appreciate if some action is taken. As for me, let alone buying a scorpio, I would certainly discourage anyone known to me to go for a scorpio period.
