Luggage Loss

Hi

I flew from Srinagar to Delhi on 25th Dec (SG 209). At the Srinagar airport, my half used perfume bottle was taken and an SRA given

On landing in Delhi, the perfume was missing. Despite lodging a written complaint, I have not heard back from Spice Jet (this is after an assurance of 24 hr return call)

I will proceed to now lodge a complaint with the consumer court. The question is not of a perfume but of the uninterested and callous attitude of Spice Jet personnel
