I am very dissatisfied with "THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER" service. They have lost my courier (SHIRT) worth Rs. 1000 & they want me to be satisfied just with this apology letter. I have asked for a refund on urgent basis. It is more than 1 & half month, I am wating for my courier. And now I am confirmed that this people have really lost my courier.
