Peter England 100% cotton formal shirt size-44
Shirt does not fit

Clothing & Footwear

I bought one Peter England 100% cotton formal shirt size-44 from M/S K.C.DASS Fashion Private Ltd, Bidhan Sarani, Kolkata on 23.08.09. However I tried to wear the

shirt for the first time in the month of November, 09. But to my utter surprise I found the shirt is too much tight to wear. It seemed the shirt size is 40-42 ranges. Since I

have been using Peter England 100% cotton formal shirt size-44 for the last five years i never bothered about the fitting of shirt. When I complain against the size of the shirt

to M/S K.C.DASS and ask for the replacement, they refused to exchange the shirt as I have used it for one hour and tried to convince me that size of the shirt is correct (44).

They suggested me that I could have taken 46 size for proper fitting which I have not accepted. M/S K.C.DASS advised me to contact Peter England sales executive for

exchange and complain of shirt. Initially the Sales Executive Sri Biswajit Saha was

very cordial and assured me that if the shirt is Nevo-Fit 44 size it will be exchange

with Formal Shirt within 60 days. But I found that the shirt is not a Nevo-Fit 44 size

and also does not match with other Peter England formal shirt size-44 which I possessed. I informed M/S K.C.DASS and the Sales Executive about the

matter that the shirt seemed to be under-size one. Both of them informed me that they are helpless and could not do anything in my favour.
