No Refund for Cancelled Flights

I booked two Kingfisher flights from Chennai-Port Blair directly from the airline website on 20 Sep 2012. The airline was grounded on 1 Oct and I was notified of my flight cancellations only 3 days before my flights in Dec when I was already travelling en route from Australia (my home country) for my holiday. I was forced to purchase with another airline at the last minute at a premium price. I rang Kingfisher and eventually was told 14 days for my refund. It's now Jan 16 and I've heard or received nothing for my money paid in September. They have taken my money, cancelled their flights but won't refund the money. They ruined my holiday as well.
