I dont know how to describe my worst experience at trying to get in touch with Air India's Flying Returns Mumbai office for the past 3 days - with more than 100 attempts - not a single one was answered,!!

It is an absolutely frustrating & disgusting experience by which I have decided never to fly Air India.

My task was to purchase some top-up miles to make up the shortfall in buying a an award ticket. I wanted to check up with the FR office as to how, when & where can I make this payment.

I would prefer to pay it online so that my trip all the way to the FR office is saved. But I have NO help from your side because nobody is lifting the goddamned phone!!

I am badly Stuck!!

How can you resolve this grievance??
