Air india ticket refund not done since dec

On 26th Dec we had booked a ticket from Delh to Kolkata on flight AI 680. The payment was processed however the booking was not confirmed (PNR No: RFIZSN)

Following which we contacted the call centre where initially the PNR was provided as JGTRN (screenshot in trailing mail) and status as waiting list. It was confirmed to us that the amount will be refunded in full and we need to rebook.

So we rebooked annother ticket on the same flight for the same passenger which got confirmed (PNR No: RPSRCS)

Air indai has no clue of the refund status of the first ticket PNR No RFIZSN

still awaiting response and action inspite of repeated reminders.
