WRONGLY AIR INDIA STAFF REFUNDED TICKETS

I have booked 6 tickets for my family from Gwalior to Delhi for journey date 29 may vide PNR NO Y6NSQ, Web ref AIBE752282 for flight no. AI 422 in Rs.17010/- after having boarding pass the air india staff told that your booking has been refunded as showing by our system. When we have not requested for the refund, then We have to take fresh tickets from the counter in Rs.19800/- and performed journey on same seat no as were booked earlier. After long efforts from AIR INDIA they found by mistake of staff your tickets have been wrongly refunded and had refunded 17010/- against the claim amount 19800/- there fore we request that why should we pay excess amount Rs.2790/- when we researved our ticket well in advance. Rs.2790/- excess paid for refund is requested.
