No response against refund for my cancelled flight

Dear Sir,

I booked my air india flight ticket with booking as per the below with travel date of 7th May from Nagpur to Delhi.

Flight - AI 469 - Travel date - 07.05.2011

Due to non-operation of the flight on 7th May (cause of pilot strike) my ticket was cancelled and i was informed that i will be getting my full amount refund back to my booking bank account. But till date i have not received any refund, neither i am getting any response either from e-commerce or from Air India. Ecommerce is even not lifting up the phones. Request your help in getting my refund.
