Lost my Iphone4

I was travelling from London to hyderabad in Air-India flight, flight no AI-130. It was indirect flight, i got down in mumbai and i have taken the luggage. Again i went to customs they opened my baggage and they checked everything and i was not taking too much luggage, but the customs people asked me to pay bribe for them. They took 2000 rs from me and when i came home and checked my luggage onw of my Iphone4 was missing. I have called to the mumbai police and spoke to police inspector he said his name Mr Thambe and his phone number is 9885347534. Initially he aked me to come to mumbai, i told him it is not possible for me to come to mumbai again if he want i tol him i will send the bill to him. And one of the customs guy also his name is ratnesh and the number is 02226828720, he also called me and took all the information. After couple of days these two people called and said the found the phone and they will send with any of the officer coming to hyderabad. Again i called them after couple of days, they changed the entire story, they said they found others phone. Now they asking me to come to mumbai. Iam a indian and i really feel ashamed of indian. I never had a small problem in UK, as soon i entered in india these people behaved very cheaply with me.
